The wedding will be held in the north of the island, in Fiscardo village. You will drive 45mins by car or taxi from the airport.
If you choose to rent a car, there are plenty of rental companies at the airport in Kefalonia - including Enterprise, Avis, Budget, Hertz, and CBR. They have options for both automatic or manual transmissions. We recommend a smaller vehicle as the roads are tighter and can be difficult to manage in some spots. An automatic is recommended for those not confident in their manual driving ability as the island has lots of hills and turns.
If you prefer to taxi, we will provide you with a taxi service that has been driving the Travlos family for decades! Dennis is our man, who also happens to be the father-in-law of the wedding planner. Dennis's phone number is: (+30) 697-336-0624

Once you arrive in Fiscardo, you can easily walk to beaches and restaurants in the village. If you choose to stay at The Almyra Hotel or the Emelisse Hotel, they offer shuttles into Fiscardo village and you will not need a car. If you choose to stay in an airbnb further outside of the village, we recommend renting a car.
